Plan limits vary by subscription tier. The usage dashboard in your account shows your current storage, report count, and user count against your plan limits at all times. Contact the team if you need a plan tailored to high-volume operations.
Where is our data stored and is it secure?
CertFlow is a UK-based SaaS platform. All organisation data is scoped and isolated: you can only see your own company's assets, reports, and users. The platform supports data export at any time, and the full data export option under Settings lets you download your entire dataset.
